Who should undertake this component?

This component goes more in-depth than Components 1 and 2 of the course. In this component, we look at how to rectify the most common non-compliances identified by the Regulator.

In a highly-regulated VET sector, your RTO's compliance with the NVR Act and other legislative requirements, the RTO Standards and the various other laws and regulations is critical.
